Perfect for homeowners who are having trouble visualizing or seeing the potential of a space and need a plan with approximate dimensions for a GC or builder but are not necessarily wanting to invest in a designer for the entire project.
Concept only design services include:
Conceptual floor plan options
Conceptual 3D design renderings for custom millwork, built-ins, kitchen and bathroom layouts, reimagining of floor plan, etc.
Visual direction including cabinetry style, paint color and direction for fixtures and finishes. Specific product sourcing is not included.
Concept only services start at $3,500 for a kitchen design and $4,000 for a full floor
Custom Design
Personal, bespoke design without compromise. This service is tailored to you from the initial creative concept to full project documentation.
